School of Management, KIIT University conducted a high impact, customised, on site MDP event at OHPC’s Training Centre, Bhubaneswar site on 7th & 8th of October 2013. The program was titled“Latest Trends in Hydro Power Engineering and General Management for Managers”. It was targeted at the Middle  Management with representation from managers with engineering background.The programme was a mix of both Technical and Management soft skills covering topics ranging from negotiation skills to best practices in fish friendly turbines.
