KIIT School of Management, KIIT University conducted a high impact, customised, on site MDP event at NALCO’s HRD Centre of Excellence, Bhubaneswar site on 15th & 16th of July 2013. The program was titled“Developing Leadership Excellence in Organizations – Insights & Perspectives”. It was targeted at the Middle & Senior Management with representation from various departments.
