KSOM Alumnus, Mr. Sourya Sidhhartha Dash, [MBA 2006-08], was recently awarded as one of the ‘Top 25 Young HR Leaders’ for the year 2013 by People Matters & DDI held in Gurgaon on January 30, 2014.
The event witnessed more than 1400 HR professionals across the country participating in the competition, undergoing 5 stages of assessment and interviews by some of the eminent HR leaders of the country.
Adding glory to his alma mater, Mr. Sourya made it to the finals and was given away with the most prestigious – ‘All India Young Managers’ Award.
Mr. Dash is presently associated with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.as Regional Manager-HR. He is also a recognized member of National HRD Network.
