Appreciative Inquiry and Teaching-Learning FDPs at KSOM

An FDP spread over 6 days was conducted in the month of July 2012 by Prof. Rajan Gupta, an IIT-IIM alumnus and currently a professor at MDI, Gurgaon. The workshop on “Appreciative Inquiry” stressed on looking at the place of work in creative and constructive ways and finding ways to improve it even further.

The workshop also sought to bring out individual strengths and channeled them through building group synergies.

On the other hand, the FDP on “Teaching-Learning” discussed contemporary issues in Management education and the need for a dramatic change in the knowledge assimilation process. It threw light on the various knowledge assimilation channels and how to do justice to all the channels so that there is an equitable learning.
